To shoot your best, you must use the correct gun mount, stance and shooting posture (shooting form). To do that, the dimensions of your stock must fit your particular size and shape.

The easiest way to improve your shooting skill would be to visit a good, professional stock fitter. This describes a fitter who would correct the flaws in your shooting form and then change your stock's dimensions to allow the correct form to be used.

"Stock Fitter's Bible" was written for shooters who cannot visit a stock fitter or are visiting one with unknown credentials. The book explains how stock dimensions, shooting form and shooter conformation affect each other and provides step by step instructions on checking and changing stock dimensions, when it's required.
