Since nobody knows where all the spending is going I can't help but wonder if there might be some fraud in the tillion dollars of spending. You know, a little bit of waste and corruption.

Here's your stimulus. Questions and answers. Bulge
"This year, taxpayers will receive an Economic Stimulus Payment. This is a very exciting new program that I will explain using the Q and A format:

"Q. What is an Economic Stimulus Payment? "
    A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.

"Q. Where will the government get this money? "
    A. From taxpayers.

"Q. So the government is giving me back my own money? "
    A. Only a smidgen.

"Q. What is the purpose of this payment? "
    A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy.

"Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China? "
    A. Shut up."

Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the US economy by spending your stimulus check wisely:

If you spend that money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China.

If you spend it on gasoline it will go to the Arabs.

If you purchase a computer it will go to India.

If you purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala (unless you buy organic).

If you buy a car it will go to Japan.

If you purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan.

And none of it will help the American economy.

We need to keep that money here in America. You can keep the money in America by spending it at yard sales, going to a baseball game, or spend it on prostitutes, beer (domestic ONLY), or tattoos, since those are the only businesses still in the US.

When you are talking about that much money, an incomprehensible amount, even a tiny precentage of stealing is a lot of money (not that I don't trust the government, they only want to help us).

Barrelbulge, even most of the beer in this country is now foreign owned: Coors, Miller, Bud all have foreign ownership now.

Shortly after class, an economics student approaches his economics professor and says, "I don't understand this stimulus bill. Can you explain it to me?"
The professor replied, "I don't have any time to explain it at my office, but if you come over to my house on Saturday and help me with my weekend project, I'll be glad to explain it to you." The student
    agreed.
At the agreed-upon time, the student showed up at the professor's house. The professor stated that the weekend project involved his backyard pool.
They both went out back to the pool, and the professor handed the student a bucket. Demonstrating with his own bucket, the professor said, "First, go over to the deep end, and fill your bucket with
as much water as you can." The student did as he was instructed.
The professor then continued, "Follow me over to the shallow end, and then dump all the water from your bucket into it." The student was naturally confused, but did as he was told.
The professor then explained they were going to do this many more times, and began walking back to the deep end of the pool.
The confused student asked, "Excuse me, but why are we doing this?"
The professor matter-of-factly stated that he was trying to make the shallow end much deeper.
The student didn't think the economics professor was serious, but figured that he would find out the real story soon enough.
However, after the 6th trip between the shallow end and the deep end, the student began to become worried that his economics professor had gone mad. The student finally replied, "All we're doing is
wasting valuable time and effort on unproductive pursuits. Even worse, when this process is all over, everything will be at the same level it was before, so all you'll really have accomplished is the destruction of what could have been truly productive action!"
The professor put down his bucket and replied with a smile, "Congratulations. You now understand the stimulus bill."

Just clicked on the link waterhouse lake posted above and went to my city and state. Looks like government employees will be the big winners. Surprise, surprise, surprise!!! More government employees, more bloated pensions, more benefits, more bureaucrats messing with people.

One of these days there is going to HAVE TO BE A WAR between the producers, and the non producers. I hope it comes soon, before I get too old to particapate.

I think that Buffalo, NY is using the entire bill on it's own. So, in the future, it will be a pretty sh*thole with no jobs.
