This morning I get to go to one of my favorite clubs. St. Charles just keeps on getting better. Targets are great - they'll adjust at the slightest request. Kids are great, staff is too. Batrooms are clean. Big screen TV for sports. Extended hours until 3PM Sat, Sun. Decent vending. Reciprical with my home club in Naperville. I shoot for $4.50 a round which is a dollar less than public fees. The buck a round goes for a tip.

    Cash, check, debit.

    Later...

And today a guy came into the club house yelling - I got 25 straight! It does my heart good to see that kind of enthusiasm. Bought him a pin, but he had already purchased one. Said he wasn't sure he could handle it if he ran 25 more, so he was stopping right there. Heh.

Four hours and then close up? Now six hours? On Saturday and Sunday?

Charlie, You've got it correct. I used to get up early on the weekend to be sure to get some rounds in. Now I can make Holga has her morning oatmeal before I take off. It's very important for her to feel appreciated before she goes shopping on Saturdays. Her purchases make a lot more sense.
