Kevin at Downrange told me the Spolar wads they make and the DR windjammer are not the same composition. He indicated to me that the Spolar one was a real humdinger.

At one time I used these wads but was told that they were exclusively sold for use in a Spolar reloader. These wads are so good I bought a hydraulic Spolar just so I could use the wads. They truly are premium wads.

I use both 1 and 1 1/8 with a PW 800 plus. Nice slippery wad. I also like the lime green Down Range
1 oz. I have yet to try the Remington replacements they make but I like Down Range and the Spolars and with Remington hulls and Rex ll they definetly do the job. If I could quit looking at the breaks before they break I would be a happy camper.
