It was really hot at the Grand yesterday. HOW HOT WAS IT? It was so hot I saw 2 trees fighting over a dog. The Clintons visited the Grand Sat. It was so hot, Bill got a slurpee and then stopped over at 7/11. Hillary was wearing her Pantsuit without the pants. CED

Lotsa heat? What do you expect?

I live near Philadelphia. For me to get to Sparta, I'd have to drive SW to Louisville KY and then head west. In that part of the country in August -- what do you expect?

I don't want to start a flame war, but someone should have given this a bit of thought.

I for one have no ambition to shoot in 100F+ weather, even at clubs 20 minutes away, let alone footing all the expense of traveling to the Grand.

But to those who do, I respect your decision -- each to his own as they say.
