Just about the time you think the WH bunch cannot get anymore incompetent, they surprise you again and again.

Now they are trying to blame Bush for the Solyndra mess because the original loan process started while Bush was still in office,

Does not matter Henry Waxman (D) of California was the driving force behind the loan, and the guy from Solyndra was a big Obama supporter($$$$$), it's Bush's fault.

The more serious issue is why Solyndra went bankrupt. They couldn't compete with the Chinese. Even our high-tech manufacturing can't compete.

Good Forbes business article about Solyndra at the link. Politicians and government bureaucrats shouldn't be trying to pick winners and losers. They're not good at that. Not many are. Walton family and Branson picked wrong on this company too. That's why a government loan guarantee was required to raise capital. The capital markets were saying this venture is too risky. They were right, politicians were wrong.

    Use cut-and-past

I'd just imagine that the "spin machine" is in overdrive at the WH about now.

The entire administration is nothing more than a bunch of hapless idiots.

I don't know the whole story, but appeantely a former employee was on the radio yesterday saying they were putting out an inferior and defective product.

Just now, jobless claims for w/e 9/10 are 428,000, once again, way more than expected. WH will be screaming for passage of the new stimulus bill and republicans will have handle this whole mess with finesse.

With this, loss of the 9th seat in NY to a Republican, I wonder if we will see more Democrats distancing themselves from BHO???

Dems and BHO are like a conga dance line....they'll just keep hanging on until the music stops. NEVER change course....even if the iceberg is dead ahead.
