1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    Estate Sale:

Rare and desireable FULL UNFIRED BOX of Winchester Ranger 28 gauge #9 Skeet Load shells...

This box of shells belonged to the father of my best friend who recently passed away. I am working on liquidating his collection on behalf of his widow and daughter. All proceeds will go directly to his estate.

In my research, I found a similar empty box in 20 gauge valued at $395...
check it out on the above listed website URL.

Any information you may be able to provide regarding date of manufacture and value would be appreciated.

You would be better off listing your ammo "vintage" on Wards Collectibles February auction. Google Wards collectibles. I have sold and bought there many times. A box like yours in 20 gauge sold on there last auction for $160.00. Many top collectors use Wards Collectibles.

Thanks for the offers and the insights...

I have to believe that full box of 28 gauge shells would be worth as much if not more than a box of 20 gauge shells.

Thanks, Bud...probably gave them away, but the widow needs CA$H.

I brought a Rottweil Skeet Gun home yesterday. Immaculate condition, 27" Cyl/Cyl O/U barrels. Comes with full set of fitted sub gauge tubes and best yet, a J.S. AirStock that is simply incredible. All packaged up in a like new
SKB dedicated hard case. The removeable trigger is fully jeweled and nicer than anything I've pulled out of any Perazzi.

If I shot skeet, this would be mine. What to do?
