1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Oops pitt4570: My point wasn't that the parts aren't Krieghoff but that the comment by Smok'n Joe couldn't be more true. Tearing down a 32 is clearly a job for an expert. Sorry for the misunderstanding for which I take all credit....breakemall

I have no clue as to the work involved, but this may be a good opportunity for someone with a Remington 32 to upgrade to slightly more modern components, without having to pay the $1800 price tag Allems wants to upgrade the Rem 32 to K80 internals.

These are not k80 internals and unless they are out of a very early k32 they won't interchange with a 3200.

The seller may want to elaborate what serial # k32 this trigger group came from.

I don't see where anyone insinuated that these were K80 components, and regardless of age, NO K80 or Model 32 (Remington or Krieghoff) components will work in a Remington 3200, except maybe the beads.

You're right, I didn't mean to insinuate that you said they were k80 internals.

Some early k-32's had some 3200 parts in the trigger group, but I have no idea which parts.

I'm no expert by any means, but they were made at the same time as far as I know. I'm sure someone else here will know for sure. When I inquired at ottsville about trigger group parts for my early K32 I was told they would have to see my gun for sure to know exactly what parts were in it.

That's all I know about it. Maybe i misunderstood and they told me Model 32 parts.

The Remington 32 ceased to be made during World War 2. The Krieghoff model 32 began at, give or take 1960 when Kreighoff acquired the rights to build the gun from Remington who turned over all the existing parts etc. Within a year or so, the Krieghoff mod. 32 began to have improvements built into the model 32 instead of simply building them with Rem. parts. For example, my Krieghoff model 32, serial #919 was confirmed to have been shipped to the US in 1961 and has Krieghoff internals - not Remington. The Model 3200 Remington came into existence around 1974 and has entirely different parts than the older Remington or Krieghoff model 32s......breakemall
