I recently bought a gun with a SoftTouch stock...There was a resonance when the
gun was shot like a spring vibrating.I put in a heavier spring. Now it makes noise as I say 'Pull". Is this a usual condition, and if not what can be done to
    stop the noise??

I use a Carey stock similar to your's. How is the system making a noise when you make a call? Are you compressing the system by pulling it in tighter? If it was mine, I'd add more soft material to the comb to help prevent noise transfer?

BTW, once you mount the gun, hold everything still till you see the target. Might help a tad? Hap

Yes,I'm holding it real tight against my face.It seems my call actually vibrates
the innards,or maybe my ear muffs conduct.BTW:It has a soft comb.....

Take it apart, wrap some duct tape around the coil spring. No more vibration.
