100after seems to want to stir the pot without providing any information that all can read. The link I posted is what I could find. Earlier this month, the Valley club was objecting to lawsuit from PSSA. This is what I would call typical court stuff and nothing has changed yet.

100after - what information do you have??

    According to my crystal ball.....

PSSA will obtain ownership of the VGC.

PSSA will sell off all assets, including the grounds, traps, etc.

PSSA will obtain new homegrounds from the State of PA at Fort Indiantown Gap and build a world class facility (which will rival the Cardinal Center). 48 program traps and 4 practice/shoot-off traps.

VGC is doomed to a legacy of stupidity.

Nah, my Allentown deal is even better. The airport needs to dump the land ASAP to settle the lawsuit they recently lost. The owner of the property was in a serious auto accident in CA last week, is in a coma and wife died. 10 minutes from the casino. Such a location!!

The real deal is: The state of Pa. and the ATA have worked out a deal on the John Murtha airport in Johnstown. Since the airport was built for the convienence of one passenger, a lousy politician that now is thankfully dead, the land is of no use to the state. The ATA has made plans to disassemble the Hall of Fame and the executive offices and have them flown to and rebuilt on the airport grounds.
The traps in Elysburg are being removed as you are reading this and will be installed on some of the runways enabling us to now make the back fence a 45 yard shot. This will be done to give all the newbies a chance to win some BIG money. Leo and other such shooters will now be required to shoot from the 45 to give us all a break. This should all be done by Christmas so that we can have a gigantic Christmas party on the the new grouds of the Pa. state shoot. Merry Christmas to all. Bulge.

And the shot fall area will be paved to make shot reclaiming easier. Just sweep it up!

I wish this were true. I hope they change the name. We don't need any reminders of the passed Murtha, a pork barrel pol for sure. Just closing the place and leaving it as open space would be a much more valuable use of the land just by eliminmating the maintenance costs for this totally underutilized pork barrel project. 320090t, no sweeping it up. They are going to have an annual meeting of the Pa. Politicians and the the resulting vacuum will just suck it all up. Bulge.
