so much talk about lead?

    Cast lead bullets are generaly going to be as hard if not harder than wheel weights. Swaged lead bullets are very soft, they have to be because they are pushed thru a die to form the bullet from a spool of lead wire, you can cut these pretty easy with a fingernail. Jacketed pistol bullets usually have a soft lead core about like a swaged bullet. If you can reclaim a bunch of hard cast pistol bullets I bet they would make dandy shot.
