Several of my friends switched to the small beads Chris Vendel makes and shot real great handicap scores right away. Pete T. hit a 97 from 27 in the Sunday handicap at the Cardinal Classic in the first event he tried the small bead in.

This small bead is a really a great product.

I bought one a few years back. The bead was small but the post it's mounted on was about three beads high.

Are they still that same design?

The bead is .075 in diameter or under 1/10 of an inch. The base is as tall as the original bead. They allow you to look at the target better and hundreds of shooters use them.

Fantastic, I swear there are times that my bead looks the size of a paper plate compared to the target.

Recently Marcello in Italy sent me replacement metric beads for the Perazzis.

These are small front ivory beads. I agree that presentt day beads look like saucers... if you're looking at them.

Terry, I believe you meant to say it was .0750 in diameter.

If it was .750, that would be 3/4ths of an inch.

I have made the beads so they screw on from the top. Therefore there is no fitting of the bead. They $20 each and I have sizes for all guns except the Ceasar Gurini, which uses an odd size. Website is crvcustomarms.webs.com
    Thanx Terry for the plug.

I'm building a website for Chris Vendel at www.crvcustomarms.net

...I'll be speaking with him about pricing and products. I'll find out if his beads come in a color other than white.

    All the best,

    Walker

Chris is an excellent shooter. I would have to think that he knows a little about what works. I will probably look into getting a small bead, too.

Hasn't Chris also helped improve a shooter or two with their shooting? I thought that I heard that somewhere around PA shoots.
