Have a gun I like to shoot with a wood butt-pad that I don't want to disturb or change. Have seen slip on Kick-Eez pads for sale. Has anyone used these and have any advice on them or other slip-on butt-pads that won't damage a hand-rubbed oil finish?

They work well. just don't store the gun with one on..that stains the finish.

Thanks that's what I was worried about. I am not concerned about recoil. The gun just tends to move on the shoulder as the wood butt-pad is rather slick on fabric. I'm thinking of using moleskin first to see it that provides enough "grip". Other suggestions from the group?
