Mec collet sizer and .805" is the target size, with .810" the upper limit to go for.

The Mec collet sizer, whether in a press or a stand alone unit, is the Gold Standard.

Find hulls that will not chamber. Set your collet so they chamber without effort. If you have several guns, determine which one has the tightest chamber.

I have a Browning Unsingle Combo and two Perazzis. The Browning has relatively tight chambers with near minimum headspace. There are hulls the Browning does not like. The Perazzis are like pet hogs. They will eat anything! LOL
