You absolutely won't believe these antique "Singing Bird" Pistols. Please turn up the sound on your computer to hear the Christies Auction House describe and actuate these 1820's rare pistols. A real treat for everyone.

Works of art: Singing Bird Pistols
This is a short video from Christies auction house on a pair of 200+ year-old mechanical singing bird pistols; whether or not you are an antique gun aficionado, you'll be glad you took a moment to watch. They are like great paintings. .. . only on a much grander scale.

    They sold for $5,866,499

They had 2 of these on "PAWN STARS", they are very trick for their day. I think the seller wanted about 7 or8 grand for them and Rick would only offer about $3,000. I kept yelling at the T.V. for the guy to take them somewhere else. I wonder if these were the ones from the show? Jim
