I am possibly looking to purchase a new barrel for my gun and had a few questions I was hoping you all might be able to answer. I am looking for a fixed choke around .037

    1) What should someone expect to pay for a used barrel?
    2) Is there much difference in performance between the 34 or 35"
    3) For resale is the 34 or 35 more desirable?

    thanks in advance!

Ken, of most importance is the POI of your purchase, don't forget, the lock time and dynamics of a Seitz are differnt than that of most other guns, higher is bettter in a Silver Seitz, as far as length, I have both 34 and 35 my size make the 35 is easy to shoot, but the 34 with a 5 oz wt in the fore end is dynamite also, incierate em!

Ken , I think if you call seitz. They will tell you there factory full choke is about 32 or 33 thous. restriction. I think a 34 inch barrel is easyer to resell. But you should buy what works best for you.
