Jack, you & me, both my friend. I love taking my guns with the yellow chickens on the side out for a stroll.

Price ... the basic, no engraving Queen is €35.000 I think (or thereabouts) and what for the engraving? 30? 40?

Prefer pistol grip stock, beaver tail forend, and single trigger. Take my Fox, Parker, Ithaca, Or L.C. Smith any day! But then again I just hunt in the USA and shoot clay targets here. Never shot driven pheasants or anything else over the pond. Bill

vpr80 and I would settle for 5 figures,

two on each side, one on the bottom...

I've seen that gun, vpr80, Detroit Gun Club, Dr. Otto Gogo...

once asked him "doesn't that distract you?" he answered "No, it only distracts those I shoot with!"

    love that gun..

Jim, I got one better for you. Shortly after getting the Perazzi bug and memorizing the catelog, I visited a friend at a private shooting club. And on the rack were a PAIR of matching perazzis with the nudes engraving. I was simply stunned! I loved the pictures, but seeing them in person they look even better!

I'm with Bill Grill on this one. You can buy a pristine level side by side Ithaca 7E with incredible engraving and checkering made in the 1920's to 1930s for a fraction of the price quoted, and given it's age, rarity and condition, it will go up in value. I posted pics of my 7E SBT on here about a year ago -- do a search and take a look.

Bill -- post pics when you get your 7E double back.
