Sidney Shooting Park May 22 Marathon

    Sidney Shooting Park in sunny Sidney, Nebraska is hosting a Marathon shoot on Saturday the 22nd of May. We will toss up to 500 targets of singles, doubles and handicap each.

    Come early and shoot often!! Practice will start at 9 mountain time and event starts at 10. If you need great targets to head to zone ans state shoots, this is the spot and this is the shoot!!!!
    Come and enjoy skyline orange dome targets, and Western Panhandle hospitality.

    1st Iron Man Marathon Shoot
    Sidney Shooting Park, Sidney, Nebraska
    Saturday, May 22, 2010
    ATA Registered Trap Shoot

    5 PAT traps, Canterbury Voice Releases
    White Flyer Orange Dome targets, Sky Background

    Practice Trap Opens at 9:00 A.M. Daily ATA Fee: $ 2.00 per day
    Registration begins at 9:00 A.M. NTA Fee $ 1.50 per 100 targets
    Shooting begins at 10:00 A.M.

    EVENTS #1- 5: Marathon Singles - 100 – 500 16yd Targets
    Targets (per hundred shot) $18.50
    Shoot any or all 500 -- you decide -- we’ll throw the Rocks!!


    EVENTS #6- 10: Marathon Handicap - 100 – 500 Hdcp Targets
    Targets (per hundred shot) $18.50
    Shoot any or all 500 -- you decide -- we’ll throw the Rocks!!


    EVENTS #11-15: Marathon Doubles – 50 pair – 250 pair of targets
    Targets (per hundred shot) $18.50
    Shoot any or all 500 -- you decide -- we’ll throw the Rocks!!

    This shoot is for targets only, no trophies provided.

    Juniors and Sub-Juniors pay $14.50 for Targets for each hundred targets shot.

    If you need targets to avoid penalty at the Zone shoot or State shoots, we are here to help!!

    Each 100 targets is a separate Event. Each Event must have a minimum of 3 shooters to be registered.

    Handicap yardage will be given after each 100 targets as required.

    Lunch will be provided to all shooters, lunch available on the grounds for non-shooters. Ammunition available on the grounds. Practice: $5 per 25 targets
    Nebraska Residents must be NTA members. NTA and ATA Memberships available at the club.

    Please plan to attend our other ATA shoots June 19th, August 15th, and September 26 at the Sidney Shooting Park. Our June 19th shoot will be in conjunction with an Alliance shoot on June 20th. Great prizes for shooting both days at each club, a perfect tune up for the NE State Shoot. Programs for all of these shoots are available on www.sidneyshootingpark.com. Come join us for great Panhandle shooting and hospitality!

    This is an invitational tournament and the directors of the Sidney Shooting Park reserve the authority to reject, refund, or disqualify any contestant, who, in their judgment, interferes with the conduct, accuracy or sportsmanship of the shoot. In the event of a dispute over interpretations of any part of this program, the decision of the directors shall govern. By entering the tournament, contestants agree to abide by all rules of the ATA and NTA, and all decisions by the directors.
