Obama thinks we should, what do you think?

    "By Bill Sammon

Barack Obama, who lamented Friday that “we have not managed our federal budget with any kind of discipline,” is nonetheless promising to spend $50 billion on a United Nations anti-poverty program that critics say will drive up American debt.

“The short-term weakness in the capital market is a reflection of long-term problems that we have in our economy,” Obama told reporters in Florida. “We have been loading up enormous amounts of debt.”

Yet Obama and his running mate, Joe Biden, have pledged tens of billions in new spending on a U.N. program that promises cash to poor countries. The program is one of eight sweeping “Millennium Development Goals” the U.N. adopted in 2000.

    ....

But in December, Obama also sponsored the Global Poverty Act which, if passed, would require the president to commit to cutting global poverty in half by 2015. Critics say that would cost American taxpayers $845 billion.

Susan Rice, one of Obama’s top foreign policy advisers, says the U.S. should give 0.7 percent of its Gross Domestic Product to developing nations."

Now, can anyone tell me why you are voting for this guy?

We can't change it from the top down! We have to start in our local communities in order to get this country pointed in the right direction. The most important are our local elections with judges being the number 1 priority.

The best solution this election to stop this nonsense is to vote for Palin. Once McCain vaporlocks or retires, she can run for president in 2012 and be reelected in 2016.

Let's give money to the organization that wants to dictate how we can live our lives....including disarming the citizens like they pressured the U.K. and Australia (as well as most of Canada). I think not.

Nothing is stopping NObama's, Biden, the Holli-weirds, or anyone else from sending their own money to whom ever they want.

The bottom line is, they don't send their own money, ever! Congress even has a term for it, they call it spending OPM's. Guess what it means.

    No money to the UN.

There will come a time (hopefully never) when the UN will step onto our soil and infor us that THEY are confiscating our guns in lieu of our military.

    Careful!

    2,

As usual, he's not spending anyone's money. Hold on to your ears so your head doesn't explode. Congress still has to approve ALL SPENDING. The Bush Package of recommendations will go to Congress this week for their APPROVAL. You just never learn.

And, just for clarification, I didn't "make it sound like" anything of the sort. My statement was clear; they can use their own money to promote their causes, I already give to the charities and causes of my choosing. FYI, the principle is called "The Forgotten Man", Google it, I'm tired of trying to educate you.
