Subway trains have been killing some peeps lately. Should they be banned?

    Banned, no...

But we need to stop the high capacity ones (no more than ten passengers per car).

And you will need to show a license to ride, as well as have a reason for doing so.

To get the license you will need a proper ID (only government certified ID will be accepted) you will need a background check from the BTP (department of busses, trains, and planes) and fingerprints.

An anual fee to Dept of State to cover the cost of the license and background check (say a $200 stamp?).

And all transfers will need to be done via a federally certified transfer facility (yes, a fee for this as well).

Lastly, you will need 'rider insurance' to cover anything that might happen while you are on the conveyance.

Look we can point out the subway deaths, highway deaths or abortion clinc murders but the anti gunners hate guns will turn a deaf ear and will use the common liberal excuse...well thats different. We need to arm teachers...give a reward to those that take out child killers and give them insursnce against unlawful death lawsuits. ed nichols
