    Doug,

Are you looking to buy the empty hulls for reloading?

Or are you looking to buy factory loaded shells?

Factory loaded shells are dirt cheap at MaoMart. No one ounce loads though.

    Wal-Mart or Big5 sporting goods.

    Wal-mart is cheaper than Big5.

I know a guy in San Diego that sells flats of shells.

Let me know if you want to come this far and I'll hook you up.

    Hi Doug,

I'm in Rancho right down the road from you. Walmart is usually your best best. I was in Big 5 yesterday and they are charging $7.49 for standard Remington and Federal game loads. I hate to tell you this because it will cut into my supply, but Walmart has Federal 1 oz game loads (1290 ft/s #7.5 or #8) for $4.67 a box. They usually keep them below the counter with the pistol ammo. They aren't brass though.

Other than that, the only other place I have found is in Torrance called Expedition exchange (https://www.expeditionexchange.com/wolf/). They sell a variety of Wolf Target Sport ammo for $50 a flat (10 boxes). This is brass and surprisingly good ammo. The hulls can be reloaded as well. These are no powder puffs though. They have 1 1/8 oz #8 at 1290 ft/s, 1 1/8 #7.5 at 1360 ft/s, and 1oz #8 at 1500 ft/s! All of these are $50 per flat.
