1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Still looking for these shotshell boxes sold in the late 90s and early 2000s. Made by a company that now manufactures plastic wads. A similar model is sold by a company on Ebay but they are not the same but usefull for storage.

They were made by the Pattern Control Co. I have quite a few that I still use. I have also been using the shell caddy boxes.

The only downfall on the PC boxes is the lids. The lids extend larger then the actual box size and the boxes will not fit properly in a 10-box case.

They haven't been made for quite some time. The ones I bought came from Gamaliel in KY. I had 20 of the red color and ended up selling them because I wasn't able to identify what shells were in the box.

These boxes may be hard to find. I suggest you give the shell caddy a try.

I've been using these boxes for over 10 years. I got mine from Gamaliel also. I caught a lot of flack over my "tupperware" boxes, but it sure beats picking through the garbage cans at the range for STS boxes. If you find some and don't buy them all, let me know.

It looks like a Tupperware product to me.

Your right it does look like Tupperware however the plastic is much harder and sturdier. I have a couple where they lids are starting to crack on the edges. Even with this the lids still snap on fine.

I’m not sure why PC stopped making them. Like I said above except for larger size lid I thought they were great.

down range now makes pattern control wads, and a number of other pattern control products like the powder baffle for MEC,s and I think some magnetic gun holders to stick on a metal surface. I don't know if the original pattern control is even in business any more, I do not think they are.
