Shotmaker nozzle remove and replace procedure

    I take them out while the unit is hot.

    heat with a torch and remove use only a 12 point box end on outside once out heat to a dull red and tap on a block of wood to get any lead out a 22cal cleaning brush will clean inside and small copper wire to clean nozzle then spray them with a LIGHT coat of BBQ black paint the mold release that midway sells is best but the paint will work if you dont get it on heavy spray the threads and nut next time they will come out easy rick
