How much do you have to shoot between getting your gun serviced? Some guys do it annually. I don't think I shoot enough to worry about it.

I shoot a Beretta Mark II that's been going "bang" for 40 years. It works like new, but in 10 years or so I'm probably going to at least have a gunsmith look at at :)

Every year at my State's shoot by a Browning certified warranty gunsmith.

During the annual he found a crack in the receiver of the last XT I owned and cleared the way with Browning to ship the gun back, have the wood swapped and a new gun shipped back to me in 4 weeks.

I just had a 1979 BT99 rebuilt It was about 5 years OVER due But I just bought it. We had the wifes 1991 Citori done last summer. Just depends on how much you shoot how well you maintain them.

You will know when things dont work right its time, I prefere not to let them get that bad tho.

Good luck Shoot well shoot often.

Germans make very good springs, have your K gun serviced every 20 years. Whether it needs it or not. HMB
