New guns come with an assortment of front sights and middle beads. The aftermarket retail offers everything from OEM replacements to things resembling aircraft landing beacons. What is the preferred trapshooting front sight and..if you're suppose to be focused on the target...is the value of a sight at all other than aligning the gun at the time of shouldering it to shoot?
Personally, I like the HiViz with the green pipe. Many folks like a white front bead.
Ask some of the folks you shoot with to try their guns with different front beads.
I prefer a small white middle bead.
This allows a reference point when mounting the firearm. I like a reference to make sure I have the right stock mount, and once I find my hold point, I go to my focal point and do not look at the gun again.
I have that HiViz green too and man what a difference! A friend lent it to me, and I kept it and never returned it. lol
