shot size doubles

    i use 7&1/2 for both that way i don't get confused.David

    8 1/2s or 9s for fist shot, 7 1/2s or 8s for the second shot. Skt choke for the first shot, an IM for the second shot. HMB

    #8 for both. First shot is a light 1 oz load, second shot is the same thing I use for singles.

    Smaller shot would be fine but I use #8 for singles and #7.5 for handicap and I do not want to stock three sizes of shot.

    PS- If I got mixed up and used 7.5 shot for my first doubles bird I believe I would not notice any difference.

    1 ounce of 8's for BOTH shots, with a Full choke in an 1100. last years average 96.60%
