At what distance from the trap house will you find the most amount of shot concentration to sample? How do you determine if concentration is suitable for reclamation?

Depends on muzzle velocity and shot size. Strictly a guess 180 - 210 yards IF everyone misses the birds.

most productive shot reclamation zone for trap ranges is 80 to 210 yards from traps.

Some reclaimer's site, I don't recall who right now, stated 160 yds from the trap house was a good test area. That would fall almost in the middle of zzt's numbers. Shoot often while we can, Bob

When we mined our fields this summer the "sweet spot" was between 140 yds. and 160 yds.

There are a few variables such as topography and prevailing wild direction but 160 yards is usually the middle of the drop zone. The sweet zone is pretty easy to identify, just look down while slowly walking through the drop area. You should see all kinds of shot right on the surface.
