Just passing along that after all the medical problems I've endured in the past 4 yrs and having not pulled a trigger in a round of trap for almost 2.5yrs now that I finally shot a round tonight at Oxford GC...I only had the strength to make it through one round , but I made it... Dang it felt good to bust some again

Been there, done that. Not quite as long a layoff but it sure felt like a long time. Welcome back

Yes welcome back, don't try to rush back too fast, remember it took a long time to lose that strength and muscle tone it won't return overnight. My wife was down for over a year with cancer and thought she would never get her strength back but in about a year she is now about 85--90 percent recovered. Just go slow and steady you certainly don't want any backset. Ross Puls

Slow, and steady wins the race, just keep working at it,and you'll do just fine.I'll bet that was alot of fun shooting after your long layoff.Hope to see you soon.

Welcome back. I hope your recovery continues and accelerates.

We should all be thankful for whatever good health we have. After all, without that there isn't much else in this life.

    Merry Christmas & God Bless.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to you all...I wouldn't have gotten this far without all your unwaivering friendship and support...I'm so dang happy you got back out there too Ruck and those who have been able to hit the field again...hope we all keep moving forward and to those still waiting to get well enough to get back out there..I'll be praying for you!!! The bonus was the folks at the club rooting for me and I was blessed to manage 25 smoke balls..I guess it is like riding a bike as they say : )
