Shot curtains

    The club in Vermont that hosts the state shoot just installed a shot curtain. I'd really like to see pictures of this. Or pictures of any shot curtains in the US. Unfortunately, I see this as being the future, or demise, of trap shooting.

    I will be attending the state shoot at the end of the month.

    Will have photos and VIDEO posted. The video should give you a good idea on what targets will look like.

    I think not a problem from what I see in videos and photos posted from a number of European clubs. Some of the clubs in europe have shot containment barriers pretty close and others further out. I gather it depends on land availability. In any case the targets seem to pop very nicely...

    By the way, I just shot trap practice yesterday. A thick stand of trees just outside the target drop zone. A curtain in the background would have been an improvement!
