Anyone know where to get one of those nifty little devices that separate shot from powder....like when you forget to insert a wad.

Depending on shot and powder size, a simple tea strainer with a fine mesh will sometimes work.

Be sure to clean it real good before your wife uses it again.

Screened sink strainer from Walmart works well and is inexpensive.

a piece of aluminum window screen or or a cheapo kitchen strainer with similar size mesh works well for most powders and holds back shot up to #9

If it's just one load I dump it in the shot bottle, you will never know the difference. The world hasn't come to an end as yet.

I thought a little powder in the shot bottle wasn't a problem until it froze the charge bar in place on my mec. 9000
