My wife made me a pad, which she bought at a craft store and encased it in some cotton material.

I then attached some Velcro (hook side) with adhesive backing.

I can wear any cotton weave shirt and place the pad inside of it and the Velcro hooks keep it from moving. (i tried using safety pins through the pad and through my skin, but that hurt like hell!)

Put it in before I shoot, remove it when I am done.

From time to time, I replace some or all of the Velcro . I suppose you could use a single pin through the pad and the shirt on top or behind the shoulder if you don't want to mess with the Velcro.

I have used it for years, even though I should replace it.

Just throw it in the laundry from time to time and it works just fine.

    Cheap and effective.

I use a computer mouse pad, cut down to the right size, in the pocket in my vest. Mark
