I'm on the mend from back surgery. Just got my old 391 back a few weeks ago. It has a new release from Phillips gunsmithing in Texas.

What is the procedure for loading this gun for doubles--never really used it for doubles.

Fun when they run, stuff and shoot.

A fast squad will keep you busy.

The correct name is a deflector button; keeps the hot shells off of your neighbor. As for shooting doubles with an automatic, I recommend that you put two shells in the magazine and when it is your turn to shoot--rack it and fire!

    Phil,
I shoot a 391 with a release. For doubles I use the MultiCatch shell
catcher, which catches both empties, on the side of the gun, like
the T&S shell catcher does for singles.
