I have shot a release trigger for everything for about 20 years and then for various reasons quit shooting trap. I'm try to shoot a pull trigger for sporting and field shooting, and it's not going too good. Any guesses as to my chances of success or how to do it.

In my case, I could only do it with an umounted gun, and using the move, mount and shoot method in which I pulled the trigger as soon as the stock hit my face. However, I don't hunt very often, and for sporting clays I use a release trigger, which is becoming very common among sporting clays shooters now.
