    How does an individual ship some shotshells & rifle shells? Thanks

    Are you talking cheapest or legal wise. It is legal to ship rifle and shotgun ammo by simply stating its small arms ammunition.

    Is Fedex cheaper than UPS or just more reliable??

    fedex is usually significantly cheaper for me, so they usually get my business, and the one insurance claim i've had to make was paid without too much hassle.
