Can anyone recommend a shell deflector for my Teknys I called Gamaliel and the only one they carry is $70.00 and it comes with a closer and shell catcher which I don't need. Anyone have another dealer?

I have one one mine that I bought from shot gun sports. Check it out. I think the cost was less than 25.00. It is a shell catcher. Hope this helps

Tron on this forum can weld a deflector on your barrel. There isn't anything else that works. The Carey closer/catcher/ejector that Gamaliel sells is worthless as an ejector.

I use a "T&S Industries" shell catcher on my 391. Works great! My understanding is a welded on deflector is best route to eliminate hulls hitting neighbor when shooting doubles.

I have several from TS industries, I think they were $10 each, at the time.

They work very well, don't scratch the gun, the plastic ones?
