I had such a good response on my last post, so I thought I'd go to the well again. I'm wanting to make up a chute/ pipe under the last station of my reloading machice to funnel/ roll down into a bucket under my bench. I have seen several different ones on here from guys showing reloading set ups. I would use PVC pipe for the bottom. But what to use for the top/ funnel aspect. So if ya got a minute post a picture of your rig and what you used to make it up. Thanks '72

I Have a PW and there is a little ramp welded on mine to allow the shell to roll off and then I cut a hole the size of a shell box above a drawer on my bench so my completed shells just fall in the hole and go to my drawer. The drawer has bearings and is removable it it a sweet setup.

If a P-W or Spolar take 3" pvc and glue a coupler to it. Cut a little over 1/3 of the coupler away and mount behind machine. I cut he hole big enough for the pipe but coupler won't pass through. A small L bracket to keep from turning finishes the install.

Funnel the shells into the pipe with a 3" to 2" pipe reducer. Even though the shell can span the opening as shown it is exceedingly rare with my 366.

I used the P/W Rear Shell Chute on my P/W 800 Plus. I cut the tube off even with the mounting bracket and cut a hole in the bench top between the supports for the Auto-Drive. I put a block of wood angled at 45 degrees between the supports to deflect the shells into the hole. The shells end up in a drawer under the bench.

Here's a look at my MEC9000H set-up for dumping shells into the large basket on the shelf. Never hangs up.

Here is mine. Bottom has a little bend just to slow the shell down before hitting the bucket. The top is just a PVC flange with a notch cut out. It has been working flawlessly for 13 years.

I removed the finished shell ejection tab on my 9000E as I prefer to give each finished shell a quick visual inspection and then place it my E-Z Pak for boxing. That way, I catch problems right away instead of hundreds of shells later and when I load the last shell, I'm really done as the shells are all boxed.

Thank you for all the replies. I have a good idea how I'm gonna build it. I'll post a pic when finished.

I use a radiator fill funnel from Advanced Auto. Hole in the funnel is just large enough to let one shell drop thu the table. The funnel is oval shaped so it fits good with the chute on the 9000 G reloader. On the underside of the table is PVC pipe like everyone else's.
