    Anyone out there that could build a thin light weight reusable box. That would fit into the US postal flat rate box the small and or large shoebox size ones. All attempts on my end have failed 2 ways, take up to much space or just wont hold up. If so how much and you could send it to me in the flat rate box

    Lighten up Francis. Tron knows that I think the world of him. I could also make you whatever you need. However, I would rather see Tron get the work.

    FYI, why not consider using some Tyvek house wrap as a liner for the flat rate box. Once filled, Tyvek is pretty darn tear resistant... It might not protect against severe damage, if the box is compromised, but its easy to fit and relatively cheap and easily available...
