Come on John. You just got the gun yesterday. How come you're taking it apart already?
Once the bolts are out, just slide the iron out.

I called Ronnie Ballman just yesterday to ask the same question, so I would'nt mess it up. Really quite easy it turns out. The iron will slide out the same direction the screws came out. Mine was stuck, but I used a narrow piece of plastic against the opening (where the barrel lug goes) and gave it a light rap with a small hammer. Once it popped loose from the seated position it slid right out. Then the latch pushes out thru the bottom. BE GENTLE
