Separating mixed shot by size?

    Is there a practical way to separate mixed shot by size? TIA Don

    Easiest way I found I used the 8" diameter brass with SS screen

    McMaster-Carr also sells a wide variety of steel and stainless screen in 1- and 2-ft² sizes. Put some 1" square wood strips together into a square frame, attach the screen and you have made-by-home pellet screens.

    Try ebay for a Tyler sieve, No. 8 if memory serves has an aperture of .0937.
