Are there any fairly large gun shops around Seneca Falls, NY? I know about Biekirch's. Are they open to the public or just wholesale? Going to be over that way soon and looking for something to do.

    Thanks!

Biekirch's is open to the public on Tuesday through Saturday.

Close to Biekirch is the JTH Agency, very high class.

There is a Bass Pro Store in Auburn, not far from Seneca Falls.

There is Pro-Gun in Victor, not overly large but I guess it is decent for a gun shop.

I would skip Bass pro in Auburn. Its seriously over rated but they do have a nice aquariam.

    My suggestion:

    Buffalo gun center (www.buffaloguncenter.com)

Buffalo Gun Shop is large, and has a great selection, but is quite high on pricing. The same guns you see there today will probably be there a year from now (that was the case for a 3200 I saw there for 2 or 3 years in a row).

Check out Avon Gun Shop, Avon NY small shop decent selection, fair prices.

I would recommend Shooter's Supply in Bloomfield. Bigger than a small shop, with plenty of inventory at very fair prices.

I use to live in the Seneca Lake area. Besides JTH,is there any gunshops in the Finger Lakes area that has "high" end guns like Zoli, Beretta DT10, Kolar, Krieghoff, Perazzi, etc?

Buffalo Gun Center would be as close as you'll come to JTH, they have a DT10, Blaser, ect, but nothing super high end.

Gander Mountain in Henrietta sometimes has some better than average guns like grade 4 Citori, BT 99s etc. Haven't seen any Ljutics, Seitz, Kolar, K-80s there. Larry Evans
