    Massive semi-auto ban.

Rationing ownership of a semi-auto to one.

Rationing "high capacity magazines" to three.

Warrantless inspections of your home and guns.

Bans hunting or target shooting with your rationed semi-auto on public land.

This will ensure massive non-compliance. The government will have less control on these firearms than they do now as the guns are forced underground and into a blackmarket economy.

    Massive Gun Ban Introduced

By KS on February 22, 2013 in OFF Alerts

    02.22.13

Two days after Senate Democrats claimed they would not seek a ban on modern firearms and feeding devices, Democrats in the Oregon House introduced just that.

Seven Senators joined with eight House Reps to introduce a sweeping ban on virtually all modern firearms. Among the Senators is, of course, Ginny Burdick, who claimed on Wednesday “that she is backing off an attempt to push through a bill on gun clips that she drafted following the December shootings at the Clackamas Mall.” The other sponsors are:

Representatives BAILEY, BUCKLEY, DEMBROW, FREDERICK, READ, REARDON, TOMEI, Senators , DINGFELDER, HASS, MONNES- ANDERSON, MONROE, SHIELDS, STEINER- HAYWARD.

    Remember them.

HB 3200 not only bans most modern guns and magazines, it allows warrantless searches of your home, requires background checks and registration for a firearm you already own and as-of-yet undefined storage requirements. We say “a firearm” because even if you comply with the restrictions in this bill you may still only own one.

(Of course the bill does not apply to “government employees”.)

    I hope you are right.

The Demoncrap strategy is to throw enough poo at the wall hoping some of it sticks.

It looks like it is just going from bad to worse. I still want to know exactly who is going to have the job of going door to door to check on all of us soon to be terrorists. John

And that's the sad part. There are plenty of issue here that need addressing.

Oregon is a depression state. TOTAL unemployment is estimated to be over 20%, well above the make believe government spin figures.

We have one county that has lost so many federal timber dollars that its economy has been destroyed. (This is due to the tree huggers almost totally banning logging.) The sheriff had to lay off almost all of his deputies and jail staff. Local citizens are now patrolling the country.

Instead of working on tax reform to attract business, the Dems are working on crap like attacking law abiding gun owners. More and more businesses are fleeing the state. Idaho is actively wooing Oregon businesses.

Perfect example of why not to vote in the last election. Stay home and don't support a gun banner like Romney. Oh wait it's Hussein that is promoting the bans. Who would have thought?

Ya, but Romney would have had all of his anti-gun laws passed, and being enforced already.

Actually Bad makes a good point. The pro-gun Republican running against one of the anti-gun Dem sponsors of this bill lost by only a thousand votes. The total number of people voting in her district was but a fraction of eligible voters. If they didn't want to vote for Romney, fine, but they cut their throats by not voting on local races.
