1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Threaten action re Federal Mail fraud laws. Tell him you will contact the Postal authorities if no actiosn in 48 hours.

I don't know how Gunbroker can force a seller to comply, short of shutting his water off on future deals. And that does you no good.

    Forget all of that

Send him a letter(registered electronically)- give him 10 day notice to return your money-

If you dont get your money back- copy that letter with the receipt- and send to the ATF- the local postal investigators and the local police department

It will save you a lot of heartache

    regards from Iowa

That's the info I found on one of the auctions also.
Like it was suggested above go to the postoffice ask for the postmaster and file a complaint. They do help. Go to the BATF if it was a firearm. You can get the BATF site info on Gunbroker. Bulge

Just curious. How long ago did the auction end? How long ago did you mail the payment?

I sell on Gunbroker they will be no help. No ins of any kind against fraud. that I know of. And there feedback system is the craps. People can have lots of F's and still bid and buy. Good Luck.

Quite a few negative feedbacks about slow shipment with this seller.

Have you tried calling on the phone?
