1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

The second blank is a 10 year old piece of California English. It started life as a rifle blank, but had lots of flaws that need to be addressed (i.e. cut out) and it turned into a dynamite 2 piece blank. Very dense hard wood and feather crotch figured (hard to find in English). Wonderful color. The size of the blank is 20 3/4" long, by 5 1/2" at the butt and 2 3/4" at the tip. Thickness is 2.5". This one has pretty much full feather crotch on one side and a fair amount on the other. I think once turned it will be pretty consistently full feather on both sides. The pattern drawn on this blank is a Super Fox 12 gauge and drawn a tad oversized. In my opinion, however, this blank would make an exceptional english style stock. The forearm is 10 3/4" x 2 1/2" x 2 3/4". PS. Where my stocker cut out a knot on the bottom the width of the blank is 5". Anyway, a few pictures:

The English is $325 (plus $25.00 shipping in lower 48)

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks Tom
