Ashlan Oregon. They are OK with the bullets and noise (BS). It is the lead leaching into the soil and neighboring creek. Studies have been done to show that is not happening, but they are worried anyway. They figure they can out spend them in court and end up shutting them down that way. Tim

Live on the east side, seen it on FOX this morning.

Its a result of urban sprawl. It will all depend on what judge hears the case.

We have a lot of "activist" judges in this state.

The home owners built there KNOWING the gun club was there, Tuff Cookies is my call!!

A rich doctor has brought in the "lead" propaganda into the fight.

So knowing the "greenie" on that side, the Club is in deep doodoo!!

I hope they win but the odds are against them!!

NOISE from a gun club is the least of their problems over there, that why I never go over the Cascades to see that part of this state.

You guys need to enlist the NRA's help on this. Might want to see if they're using illegals to build with. Just a thought.

Have club leadership call in the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) and the Sporting Arms and Manufacturers Institute (SAAMI)... there is an excellent attorney in Chicago on retainer with the NSSF who will speak to any club for the initial contact at NO fee...

Leo Dombrowski, Wildman Harrold in Chicago... 312.201.2562; Leo represented Naperville in its Federal litigation regarding the CWA in 1998-2000.
