Didn't know there was a book that had BOTH skeet and trap included in the one book. I have the individual ones, and brought them to our gun club once when Fred made a personal appearance. He was gracious enough to autograph them for me with a nice personal note in each book. ....Rick

How long have you had this book?
    Has it improved your scores?
Do you shoot trap or skeet?

Yes this book has both Trap and Skeet in the same book. It's the only one I've seen.

    Philly D,
I am really interested in the book, but would like to have more information.
Is it possible to post a picture of the book.
How chapters are in the book,Diagrams.
Is there any one chapter that has helped you the most.
You mentioned that you shot a few 100's after reading the book.
What were your scores before reading the book.
What yardage were you shooting from.
    What is a buddy shoot

    Thanks for your help

    Uptoit,

Contained in the book are 10 chapters on trap shooting. Pictures and Diagrams
are throughout the book. I would say just about everthing you should know about trapshooting is in this book. Everything. Ten chapters of trapshooting input.

Second part of the book is about Skeetshooting. There is 8 chapters about Skeetshooting also with pictures and diagrams. Again all the info about Skeetshooting is in the last 8 chapters.

No one chapter in the book helped the most . I learned alittle something from all chapters. Let it be chokes, stocks, stance ect. All was informative.

Now to the real important stuff..My shooting I didn't mean to mislead you in my shooting ability. Just better than average I carried a 98 average in the day. I was always a fairly decent shooter before I read the book. Did the book help me. I would say yes, it helped me. Did it take my average from 90 to 98? No. but I think it helped me get a bird or two, or three a shoot.

Is the book going to make you shoot like Ray Stafford? I don't know. Probably not. But I can tell you if you read it it will will give you the "knowledge" to be a better shooter. You have to make your own skill

I have this book but don't know why. After reading it I was sure that breaking targets was an impossible task.
