    Thanks for the alert. I had similar work done almost 8 years ago. My retina detached and the first try to repair it was a scleral buckle. That didn't work completely and 4 added surgeries and 5 months later, I did regain most of my vision in my only good eye. (The other is a lazy eye and never has worked right since birth). I thank God and the retinal specialists here for my being able to shoot today. I have annual checks and am on the alert to any vision changes.

    Everyone on this forum should be alert to vision changes.
