need some for a project. Must have @ least .780 ID. Based on this, what would the OD be? Where is a good place to get something like this. Home depot and lowes only have sch 40, which is too thick for my application.

thanks for the info, that'll give me a good place to start. is there any other rigid tubing/pipe that would have a thinner wall thickness?

Check steel conduit in about a 3/4 i.d.

.780 is a about 1/32nd over 3/4, and it is pretty thin walled!?!

Check with a supply house that handles lawn sprinkler equipment. They have PVC pipe in 200psi and it is thinner than schedule 40 pvc.

Schedule 20 PVC is what is properly used for central vacuum cleaner systems. Locate a contractor who installs central vacs in new construction; they might have what you want or know where to get it.
