Just a simple observation, Laddies, but there are some kilt wearers who are quite capable of kicking any arse they choose, if they think its owner is making fun of them... All the same, I'd still bet that's a skeeter there.

It has been my experience that picking on a guy with a gun and a skirt is a very bad idea. He is usually a Scots Highlander or a Greek. Both have been outstanding warriors for several hundred years. The Highland regiments were the guys who fought the Germans while the British evacuated from Dunkirk. Some units had almost 100% casualties. Fortunately, some have a good sense of humor.

He is standing a skeet station. New meaning for "light in the loafers"?

It is technically a kilt and if he is "regimental" I would not poke fun with him present.

Don't think a true skeeter would wear camo, pink and lavender maybe but never camo in public. LOL

When our unairconditioned plant banned men from wearing shorts, sighting bogus safety reasons, they continued to allow dresses and skirts for the hot season. A mill wright started wearing a skirt to make a point. Big, ugly hairy guy in a big ugly skirt and cowboy boots. He happened to be assigned a lot of ladder work that week, and he chose to wear no underwear. When no policy could be found forcing a skirt wearing employee to wear underwear, the company decided to allow men to wear shorts when it was hot. Mill Wrights are a pretty tough bunch, no one made fun of his skirt and he became an over night folk hero.
