Frank I think that combo would be good on about anything. LOL Don't invite old Yukon over or you won't have any Jack left for the recipe.

You've got to try Trappy's recipe too!!
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1/4 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
That's the seasoning/rub or whatever you want to call it...Make a foil tray by folding up the edges with the dull side up and put the fillet skin-down on the foil. Then take your fillet and sprinkle it with lemon and white wine, then spread on mayonnaise. After that apply the rub to your liking. Put it on the grill and grill it till it's done. (typically 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness) Absolutely fantastic, and the rub really brings out the flavors of the fish.
Give it a shot and you wont be disappointed!
