How long does it take to get to Sparta from Sainte Genevieve, Mo? Also this is the first time to the Grand. Any Suggestions.

It will take about an hour and 15 minutes.

Why are you staying in St. Genevieve?

Right Hunter, except the WSRC is about 4 miles north of Sparta. So I added 15 minutes to that just to be safe.

Looking at the map if you could go in a straight line it wouldn't take long at all, but the river seems to be in the way.

I think the Modoc ferry is running. It would be a straight shot. The ferry is between $5-10 last time I took it. You might want to call the Ste Gen city hall. They could give more info.

We stayed there for the 1st Sparta Grand. A nice scenic drive but far too long every day.
